DigiAlly is setting up a Customer Contact Center in Mumbai to enable easy communication amongst users.
We are hiring professional women to run this center who are willing to work remotely.
Responsibilities of the role are:
- Reaching out and making regular calls to the clients.
- Closing the sale with the students-representatives and customers.
- Admin responsibilities and coordination from time to time.
The candidate must fulfill the following requirements and skills:
- Be based in Maharashtra, preferably Mumbai and Pune.
- Have an understanding of finance.
- Command over Excel.
- Fluency in English and good communication skills.
- Hold a degree of education (Postgraduates preferred).
- Have your own laptop and stable internet connection.
- Be able to allocate at least 4 hours a day.
Remuneration- Fixed + Incentives on Business.
